Memorandum of Understanding signed on R&D, Breeding & Propagation Laboratory for Shaanxi Province
In the last days of October, QuaTerNes-Hak&Partners of The Netherlands signed an MOU with Xian Agriculture Bonded Warehouse Co. Ltd. to establish the first R&D, Breeding & Propagation Laboratory in Shaanxi Province. The Laboratory is expected to be operational by September 2015.
